Alec’s Priorities

  • Alec will work to make healthcare more affordable and accessible to all Marylanders. He has spent decades in the healthcare space and advocating for patients – he has the right experience to lower costs and improve the quality of care.

  • Alec will work to ensure that our communities are safe to raise a family and make sure our first responders have the resources they need to get the job done.

  • Alec will make it easier to start a business here in Maryland and support efforts to supercharge our economy and open new opportunities for everyone in our community. That means investing in our schools and attracting jobs with higher wages.

  • Alec will up to Trump's and ICE’s authoritarian attacks on our communities and protect our democratic values.
